# Canta Phonostage — v0.1.0 build 147

## Fixed

- **MM/MC switch pop.** Changing the cartridge gain between MM (Moving
  Magnet) and MC (Moving Coil) produced an audible pop. The output is now
  muted for a longer window around the switch — muted, a 100 ms settle, the
  gain relay change, then a 1 s hold while the output capacitors discharge,
  then unmute. Ordinary adjustments (gain step, load, HPF, MC ground) keep
  their instant, click-free switching, so only an MM↔MC change takes the
  longer mute. The discharge hold is held for its full duration even if you
  adjust another setting immediately after switching.

Everything from build 146 is otherwise unchanged.
